Every event is different, so we don’t believe in fixed packages that don’t quite fit. Instead, we offer bespoke quotes designed around your exact requirements.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask for:

  • Event date – to confirm availability

  • Type of event – wedding, birthday, corporate, prom, celebration, or something unique

  • Venue name & location – to plan travel, access, and setup logistics

  • Access details – stairs, lifts, parking distance, floor level, and loading access

  • Estimated guest numbers – to ensure the right sound system for the room

  • Start & finish times – so we know how long you’ll need us

  • Early setup needs – if you want everything ready before guests arrive

With this information, we’ll provide a clear, no-obligation quote that reflects the time, equipment, and expertise required to deliver a flawless event.

Booking is simple and stress-free. Just contact us with the basics of your event.

Once confirmed, you’ll receive:

  • Booking Confirmation with a unique reference number

  • Formal Agreement detailing everything we’ve agreed

  • Supporting Documents including insurance and PAT testing, ready for your venue

Your date is then fully secured, giving you complete peace of mind.

  • Formal occasions: shirt and tie or bow tie on request

🧾 Insurance & Safety

  • Public Liability Insurance: £10 million cover

  • PAT Tested Equipment: annually tested, with checks before and after every event

All certificates are available and can be sent directly to your venue if required.

 

⏱️ Setup & Pack Down

Typical timings:

  • Setup: approx. 1 hour

  • Pack down: approx. 1 hour

If timing is tight, we offer early setup options so everything is ready well before guests arrive.

 

📏 Space Requirements

Our standard setup needs around 3.5m x 2m, but we can adapt for smaller spaces using compact booths and smart layouts. Site visits are available if needed.
