We provide professional DJ entertainment, sound and lighting production, and event support services across the UK.

All services are subject to availability, location, and logistical feasibility. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where safety, legal, or operational concerns exist.

3. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

• The remaining balance is due by the agreed date (typically 7 days before the event)

• Accepted payment methods include card payments, bank transfer, and approved digital wallets

• Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

• Deposits: Non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances or fault on our part

• Refunds (excluding deposit):

  • More than 30 days before the event – up to 50% refund

  • 14–30 days before the event – up to 25% refund

  • Less than 14 days – no refund

Rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.

• Ensure safe access, adequate power supply, and suitable performance space

• Treat staff and equipment with respect

We reserve the right to terminate services if staff safety is compromised.
