At The Party Guys, we’re all about great music, great events, and giving people something exciting to look forward to 🎉From time to time, that means running competitions — and when we do, we believe everything should be fair, clear, and above board.

This page sets out the full Terms & Conditions for our competition to win two VIP tickets to the Shropshire County Show. Please take a few minutes to read through the information below before entering.

By taking part in this competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Promoter

This competition is promoted and administered by The Party Guys (“the Promoter”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. By entering, you acknowledge that the social media platforms used are released from any responsibility related to this competition.

2. Eligibility to Enter

This competition is open to:

• Residents of the United Kingdom

• Individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry

The following individuals are not eligible to enter:

• Employees of The Party Guys

• Immediate family members of employees

• Anyone professionally connected with the planning or execution of this competition

By entering, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age or eligibility where necessary.

3. How to Enter

Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.

To be entered into the prize draw, participants must complete all of the following steps via the official competition post:

1. Follow @ThePartyGuys on the relevant social media platform

2. Like the competition post

3. Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the post

4. Share the competition post to their feed

Entries that do not meet all of the above requirements may be considered invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify:

• Incomplete or illegible entries

• Automated, bulk, or bot-generated entries

• Entries deemed fraudulent, misleading, or abusive

Only one entry per person will be counted, regardless of multiple comments or shares.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens on the date the competition post is published.

• Entries will close prior to the live draw on Friday 8th May.

• Any entries submitted after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, internet outages, or platform errors.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

🎟 Two (2) VIP tickets to the Shropshire County Show📅 Saturday 23rd May 2026

The prize includes admission only. Unless otherwise stated:

• Travel and accommodation are not included

• Food, drink, and additional experiences are not included

• Any costs incurred in attending the event are the responsibility of the winner

The prize is:

• Non-transferable

• Non-refundable

• No cash alternative will be offered

Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser.

6. Winner Selection & Live Draw

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• The draw will take place live on The Party Guys’ Facebook page on Friday 8th May.

• The live draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

The winner may be:

• Announced live during the draw

• Contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter

If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, The Party Guys reserve the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

7. Announcement & Publicity

By entering this competition, participants agree that:

• The Promoter may announce the winner’s name on social media

• The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity, such as a social media shout-out or photo (optional)

No additional personal information will be shared without explicit consent.

8. Use of Personal Data

The Party Guys are committed to protecting your privacy.

• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required to fulfil the prize or comply with legal obligations

Participants have the right to request access to or deletion of their data at any time.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into

• Any attempt to manipulate or undermine the competition may result in immediate disqualification

The Promoter also reserves the right to refuse entry or withhold a prize if these Terms & Conditions have not been complied with.

10. Liability

• The Party Guys accept no responsibility for technical failures, platform errors, or entries not successfully submitted

• The Promoter is not responsible for the event being postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the event organiser

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this competition, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
